Filtering & Stats
The Todo List provides filtering and statistics to help you manage tasks effectively.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”Status Filter
Section titled “Status Filter”Filter by completion status:
- All - Show all todos
- Pending - Only incomplete todos
- Completed - Only completed todos
Text Search
Section titled “Text Search”Type in the search box to filter by todo text:
- Matches anywhere in the todo text
- Case-insensitive
- Updates as you type
Statistics
Section titled “Statistics”Overview Stats
Section titled “Overview Stats”At the top of the Todo List:
| Stat | Description |
|---|---|
| Total | All todos in the workspace |
| Pending | Todos not yet completed |
| Completed | Todos marked done |
Per-Note Stats
Section titled “Per-Note Stats”Each note section shows:
- Number of todos in that note
- Completion count for that note
Using Filters Effectively
Section titled “Using Filters Effectively”Morning Review
Section titled “Morning Review”Filter to Pending to see what needs attention today.
Weekly Review
Section titled “Weekly Review”View Completed to see what you accomplished.
Focused Work
Section titled “Focused Work”Use text search to filter to a specific project:

Section titled “Cleanup”Filter to Completed and review which notes might need archiving.
