Command Palette

The command palette is a powerful way to quickly navigate and execute actions without leaving the keyboard.

Press Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + K from anywhere in the app.

Start typing to search notes by title:

meeting notes

Prefix with # to find notes by tag:

#project

Access actions like:

  • Create new note
  • Open settings
  • Switch workspace
  • Toggle theme

Jump to:

  • Specific notes
  • Todos view
  • Settings
  • Calendar view
  1. Press Cmd/Ctrl + K
  2. Start typing
  3. Use arrow keys to navigate results
  4. Press Enter to select

Results are grouped by type:

  • Notes - Matching notes
  • Commands - Available actions
  • Recent - Recently accessed items

  • New Note - Create a new note
  • Duplicate Note - Copy current note
  • Delete Note - Move to trash
  • Go to Todos - Open todo list
  • Go to Settings - Open settings
  • Go to Calendar - Open calendar view
  • Switch Workspace - Change active workspace
  • New Workspace - Create workspace
  • Toggle Theme - Switch light/dark mode

The palette uses fuzzy matching:

  • mtn matches “Meeting Notes”
  • prj alph matches “Project Alpha”

This means you can type abbreviations and partial words.

The palette remembers your recent selections and shows them first for quick access.
