Workspaces
Workspaces are the highest level of organization in Sidvy. Each workspace is a completely separate collection of notes, groups, and todos.
What Are Workspaces?
Section titled “What Are Workspaces?”Think of workspaces as separate notebooks:
- Work - Professional projects, meeting notes, documentation
- Personal - Journal, recipes, travel plans
- Side Project - Code notes, research, ideas
Notes in one workspace are completely isolated from another. Wiki links only work within the same workspace.

Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”Keep Workspaces Focused
Section titled “Keep Workspaces Focused”Don’t create too many workspaces. A few well-organized workspaces are better than many fragmented ones.
Use Groups Within Workspaces
Section titled “Use Groups Within Workspaces”For finer organization within a workspace, use groups (folders) rather than creating more workspaces.
Consider Wiki Link Scope
Section titled “Consider Wiki Link Scope”Since wiki links only work within a workspace, keep related notes that should link together in the same workspace.
