Account Settings

Account settings let you manage your profile and authentication.

Accessing Account Settings

Section titled “Accessing Account Settings”
  1. Click the gear icon in the sidebar, or
  2. Use the keyboard shortcut Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + K

Deleting Your Account

Section titled “Deleting Your Account”

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings > Account
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Type your email to confirm
  5. Click Delete Permanently

This deletes:

  • All notes
  • All workspaces
  • All settings
  • Your account

Data Export Before Deletion

Section titled “Data Export Before Deletion”

Before deleting, export your data:

  1. Go to Settings > Import/Export
  2. Click Export All Notes
  3. Save the export somewhere safe
  4. Then proceed with deletion
